Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Costs associated with returning an item are not the responsibility of Lacon, LLC.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

Once your refund has been approved, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount will appear on your card within 10 working days following receipt of returned merchandise.

In the interests of preventing or investigating fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you regarding returns activity which is suspicious, and/or (b) we reserve the right to deactivate any account which is engaged in suspicious activity.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
